USB Power Meter

A USB Power Meter is a great tool to have on your arsenal as it can easily and quickly show you the Voltage of the USB port it is plugged in to so you can see if you have a fault or not and if you have a laptop that is powered by USB C then you can see if it is negotiating the 20V or not.

This particular one that I have (YOJOCK USB Power Meter) is a jack of all trades (and master of none) and what I mean by that, is that unlike a dedicated USB-C power meter costing £30-£50 this is a much cheaper made item with various different USB ports on it and is perfect for a hobbyist (like me) but for professional use on a daily basis I cannot see it lasting too long from that amount of use.
